Production Process:
The process involves blending whole wheat flour with the tangy goodness of tomatoes and Salt. From dough creation to extrusion, steam baking, and air drying, thus noodles retain their nutritional value before being packed.

PREPARATION:-
- Boil 1.5 litre water for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add 200g my millet basket Tomato noodles and a spoon of oil and boil for further 6 minutes.
- Filter excess water in boiled noodles and add cold water to it. Then drain the water.
- Add oil in a hot pan and fry well the chopped onions, capsicum, carrot and beans.
- Add noodles masala and saute on medium flame. Then add boiled my millet basket noodles along with it and saute well. Salt already added in masala. If necessary add a required amount of salt.
- Now the delicious My Millet Basket Tomato Whole Wheat Noodles is ready to serve.
Once opened, transfer the content into an air tight container. Store in a cool and dry place
