Production Process:
The production process involves the amalgamation of whole wheat flour and the goodness of carrots, combined with Salt. This blend goes through a thorough process, from dough creation to extrusion, steam baking, and air drying, ensuring the retention of nutritional value. PREPARATION:-
- Boil 1.5 litre water for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add 200g my millet basket Carrot noodles and a spoon of oil and boil for further 6 minutes..
- Filter excess water in boiled noodles and add cold water to it. Then drain the water.
- Add oil in a hot pan and fry well the chopped onions, capsicum, carrot and beans.
- Add noodles masala and saute on medium flame. Then add boiled my millet basket noodles along with it and saute well. Salt already added in masala. If necessary add a required amount of salt.
- Now the delicious My Millet Basket Carrot Whole Wheat Noodles is ready to serve.
Once opened, transfer the content into an air tight container. Store in a cool and dry place.
