Production Process:
Combining a variety of millet grains with Salt, our production process includes dough creation, extrusion, steam baking, and air drying, preserving the nutritional value. The air-dried noodles are then packed.

PREPARATION:-
- Boil 1.5 litre water for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add 200g my millet basket Millet noodles and a spoon of oil and boil for further 6 minutes.
- Filter excess water in boiled noodles and add cold water to it. Then drain the water.
- Add oil in a hot pan and fry well the chopped onions, capsicum, carrot and beans.
- Add noodles masala and saute on medium flame. Then add boiled my millet basket noodles along with it and saute well. Salt already added in masala. If necessary add a required amount of salt.
- Now the delicious My Millet Basket Multi Millet Noodles is ready to serve.
Once opened, transfer the content into an air tight container. Store in a cool and dry place
