Production Process:

Our meticulous production process involves a blend of whole wheat flour with potent Moringa leaf powder and the perfect touch of Salt. Each step, from dough creation to extrusion, steam baking, and air drying, ensures the preservation of nutritional value. PREPARATION:-

• Boil 1.5 litre water for 5 to 6 minutes.
• Add 200g My Millet Basket moringa noodles and a spoon of oil and boil for further 6 minutes.
• Filter excess water in boiled noodles and add cold water to it. Then drain the water.
• Add oil in a hot pan and fry well the chopped onions, capsicum, carrot and beans.
• Add noodles masala and saute on medium flame. Then add boiled my millet basket noodles along with it and saute well. Salt already added in masala. If necessary add a required amount of salt.
• Now the delicious My Millet Basket Moringa Whole Wheat Noodles is ready to serve.

Once opened, transfer the content into an air tight container. Store in a cool and dry place.
